This species is poorly known. Rindge (1964) states that markings are very similar to signataria but more obscure and fuzzy.

   




Range

Distribution pattern: Gulf Coast
This species was originally described by Walker (1960) from "East Florida." Rindge (1964) reports that there have been no specimens collected from FL since--only from southern TX.

There is a Mexican subspecies that occurs in Veracruz and Oaxaca (Rindge 1964).
