This species has fairly a rather unremarkable wing pattern, other than looking generally like an Iridopsis.
Rindge (1966) lists these characters for identification:
1. smallest in the genus (FW length 11-14mm) 2. longest palpi 3. longest antennal pectinations 4. widest spaced FW venation
Distribution pattern: Florida.
There is a slight possibility that the range extends to Texas, but this is unconfirmed (Rindge 1966).
Unknown, but possibly baldcypress (Rindge 1966).
